How can I pay for my order?
You can use various payment methods to complete your purchase:
– By PayPal account
– By credit card or accepted prepaid card from the PayPal network (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover)
– Shipping
How long are delivery times?
Delivery times depend on the destination address stated when purchasing.
The courier will aim to deliver to countries in Europe (Italy, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland) within 14 working days from the shipment of the order – which usually happens within 2 working days from confirmation of the payment.
You will always be kept up to date on the shipping status of your order thanks to the tracking number associated with your order.
When the parcel is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including an ID code that you can use to track your delivery, which will happen between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Delivery hours vary depending on the region.
You will therefore be able to check the location of your shipment at any moment.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders that are shipped outside of the European Union, taxes and duties will be calculated according to the value of the order and the applicable regulations of the country.
You may receive an additional payment request for duties from the relevant Customs.
For deliveries to the EU, the UK, and the US, Nicola Tanzini will apply the following shipping fees, which include:

Selecting the shipping destination country will show the correct shipping costs when ordering online.
Orders containing items of varying sizes will be shipped at the fee for the heaviest item in the order. If, for logistical reasons, it is necessary for the order to be split into a number of shipments, the shipping cost will be higher.

Which courier is used for shipping?
For shipping, we use BRT couriers.
How can I track my order?
Following confirmation of payment, you will receive an email containing a summary of your order.
When the order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing an ID code, which you can use to track delivery.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order before shipment, if it has not yet been shipped by the relevant department. If not, we will proceed with the cancellation of your order and you will be reimbursed for the transaction to the same payment method used when purchasing.
To cancel an order, you can send an email to info@nicolatanzini.com and receive quick information on the status of your order and of your reimbursement.
Can I return an item?
If the item you purchased is not to your liking, the steps concerning your right to withdraw from your purchase are simple and fast.
Remember that you have 14 working days from the day you receive the parcel to decide whether to keep or return the items in your order.
If you decide to return your order:
- Place the item/s back in the original packaging, in perfect condition
- Send an email to info@nicolatanzini.com to inform us of the return
- You will receive an email including all instructions for managing your return: forms to complete and the time you have to withdraw your return
As soon as we receive the parcel, we will endeavour to reimburse you the amount charged for the returned items within 14 days, to the same payment method used when purchasing.
We remind you that you can place a new order through our online e-shop whenever you would like to receive a substitution for the returned item.
Can I substitute a returned item for another one?
To substitute an item, you just need to place a new order on the relevant online shop.
The returned goods, by your right to withdraw, will be reimbursed according to the process explained in the point above.
I have received a damaged item/I have received a different item to what I ordered. What can I do?
If you find yourself in this situation, we would firstly like to apologise for the inconvenience.
It will be our responsibility to resolve the issue in the best way. Contact us at this email address [info@nicolatanzini.com], including the following in the body of the email:
– order reference number
– a photo of the received item
Place the item/s back in the original packaging, and wait for our instructions on recalling and substituting the item.
When the relevant department confirms that the item/s is/are damaged or incorrect, shipping costs for the return and/or substitution will be paid by us.
